Purpose of Job
The Recruiting Assistant role will support KWEUSA's hiring process by posting jobs, sourcing candidates, screening resumes and creating offer letters.
Key duties will involve communicating and coordinating with hiring managers and applicants, managing our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and engaging with new and current employees relating to recruiting.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
1. Support Hiring Managers with creating job requisitions using iCIMS, our Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Daily
2. Assist with sourcing candidates, using various job websites. Daily
3. Help communicate with candidates to coordinate and schedule interviews with Hiring Managers. As needed.
4. Assist with creating Offer Letters for candidates using our ATS. As needed.
5. Communicate with Hiring Managers and their support staff for status updates and information requests. As needed.
6. Communicate with Human Resources to advise acceptance of Offer Letters to assist with Onboarding.
7. Via Teams, engage with new employees and provide a New Hire Orientation. As needed
8. Distribute New Hire Kits to new employees. As needed
9. Prepare and manage a monthly recruiting report for management. Monthly
10. Prepare and manage the referral bonus report for payroll processing. Bi-monthly
11. Assist with Recruiting & Training projects. As needed.
12. Communicate with staff about recruiting and/or training matters. As needed.
13. Support and collaborate with department colleagues on various administrative subjects. As needed.
14. Participate in an annual Branch Manager training by presenting information on Recruiting. Annually.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

List any required skills (computer, machinery, typing, etc.): Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), LinkedIn savvy, familiarity with candidate sourcing, familiarity with using an ATS, preferably iCIMS.
List any required special attributes (ability to move/pick-up certain weight capacity, personality traits, certain aptitudes, etc.): Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently (as well as with a group). Confident, great attention to detail, dependability, and a positive attitude.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
List any preferred educational attainments (degrees, certificates, licenses, etc.): Bachelor’s degree, Certification in Recruiting.
List any preferred skills (computer, machinery, typing, etc.): Professional content creating (training videos, writing scripts), familiarity with creating and editing video (Vimeo, Snagit), proficiency in using iCIMS.
List any preferred special attributes (ability to move/pick-up certain weight capacity, personality traits, certain aptitudes, etc.): N/A
