PURPOSE OF JOB:

To support Certified Cargo Screening Facility (CCSF) processes as well as station level cargo receiving, distribution and airport transfer functions.

Paid Time Off (PTO)

Paid Holidays

• Newly hired employees are entitled to all mandatory and optional/shift holidays that remain for the calendar year.  A newly hired employee who begins employment after January 1 of the calendar year is not entitled to more than ten (12) paid holidays for that calendar year.

Retirement Plan

• 401(k) Plan (current employer match .50 cents for each employee dollar) subject to the current vesting schedule.

Student Loan Assistance

Tuition Reimbursement

• Eligibility for Tuition Reimbursement is three (3) months of continuous employment.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Support and direct warehouse KWE Cargo Receiving (KCR) operations for cargo receiving.
2. Support and direct CCSF Certified Cargo Screening Operations as per Transportation Security Administration (TSA) regulations and training.
3. Direct warehouse staff , coordinate with Gateway and Customer Service departments to scan out completed air freight shipments.

4. Direct warehouse staff to plan and load airline Unit Load Devices (ULD).

5. Direct warehouse staff to perform on hand inventory checks after daily operations.

6. Hold daily work flow meetings with warehouse staff.

7. Complete all TSA and company training as required
